The T24 telemetry range is a flexible radio telemetry system designed to provide high accuracy measurement data from strain gauge loadcells. The basic system displays the data on a computer via an interface unit that is powered from a USB port. Other systems are available that allow the data to be read on a compact handheld display unit. Please see overleaf for order codes. T24 toolkit software is supplied with all systems for set-up and data access using a computer with a Windows operating system, Windows XP, Vista or 7 is required. The software can output data as a standard csv file for use with a spreadsheet or other data processing software. The licence free 2.4GHz direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) radio technology offers high integrity, error free communications which can co-exist with other wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® and Zigbee®. If you have concerns about a wireless system functioning reliably at your location we have a set of evaluation modules available for test purposes. If the system is supplied with a loadcell it will normally be calibrated to read the loadcell output in the same force units as the loadcell calibration. A traceable system certificate will be supplied for this calibration. Alternative calibrations are possible; please consult our engineering department to discuss your requirements. This telemetry system can be used with any of our loadcells. Details of our loadcell families can be found in the Product List.

T24-HS - Handheld battery powered single channel display unit.

T24-BSu - Telemetry Base Station. This is a USB device that is used with a computer. Needed for configuration and can be used to display force data on a computer.

T24-ACM/SAe - Loadcell telemetry acquisition unit. This is a cased battery powered wireless unit that connects to a loadcell.

T24-SYSB - System with a loadcell acquisition unit, a base unit for computer interface and single channel handheld display.

Supplied with a disc containing the T24 Toolkit program and all the user manuals for the equipment. The T24 system can be calibrated in a number of different ways depending upon the application. Please consult our engineering department for help with your requirements.
